Summerland Group, Inc. was incorporated in 2006
with three goals in mind:
A. Our first goal was to buy land: to protect a nice
piece of land as green space, to provide wildlife
habitat, and to provide a natural, park-like setting
where people can go for bird watching, wildflower
hikes, and other outdoor activities.
B. The second goal was to provide a place in Central
Georgia where families could have natural burials
easily. We ourselves want this type of burial and it is
not available in our area.
C. The third goal is to educate and to provide
information to anyone that has a desire to know more
about Natural Burial.
